What are the payment terms?

All order are prepaid for the full amount accept the shipping cost.

Do you run out of stock of items?

On occasion we may get a surge of large orders back to back if that occur’s; we will include the time difference of the delivery date before we start the project.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

All orders are custom and may vary at what stage of progress the work flow is in.  Contact immediately if you have a change order request.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment through PayPal, Stripe and Authorize.net, which allows you to pay with a credit card or your PayPal account. Bank transfer is also available inquire within.

How do you charge for shipping?

All items are shipped from our US factory and shipping is charged by a flat rate by weight of package. Larger, heavier items will cost more to ship than smaller, lighter weight items. Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping. Our first option is to use your UPS or FEDEX account or we can determine the total cost and include in the invoice as under shipping cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We only service and ship in the U.S.  We may consider near the future broadening our market.

Will my order arrive well packaged?

Yes! Your package will be very well packaged and will be sent with all the necessary care 😉

I am new to this process, do I need a graphic designer?

It helps if you have a graphic designer.  We can advise you a graphic designer and help you with your decision along the way.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are custom to your master and made to order.  There is no refunds or returns on custom order, all sales are final.
